Dog Agility Handling Analysis
It's not what you say but what your dog is looking at when you give the command.

This video is a positive example of the point I'm trying to make. The dog is looking at the correct obstacle but the handler gives the incorrect command.
The opposite also holds true and is more common with less experienced handlers. The handler gives the correct command but is not paying attention to what the dog is looking at, and the dog takes what they are looking at rather then looking around for the obstacle the handler commanded them to do.
